Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Karmik, operated by Boost Me (BE 0648.753.222), and any person making a booking or purchase on karmik.be.

3. Services offered

Karmik offers the following services:

• Group Kundalini Activation sessions
• Individual Kundalini Activation sessions
• Holistic energy healing
• Breathwork sessions
• Energy massage
• Holistic coaching
• Ceremonies
• Training

4. Booking and payment

A session booking is effective after full payment of the indicated amount. Payment is made online by credit card via our secure Stripe platform.

A confirmation email is sent after each booking, containing practical information about the session.

5. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes. Karmik reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Applicable prices are those in effect at the time of booking.

6. Cancellation and refund

Cancellation by the client: Bookings are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.

Cancellation by Karmik: In case of cancellation on our part, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

7. Contraindications

The client agrees to inform Karmik of any health condition that may constitute a contraindication to the proposed practices. Contraindications include:

• Severe psychiatric disorders
• Antipsychotic treatment
• Serious cardiovascular history
• Epilepsy
• Pregnancy
• Recent surgery

8. Liability

The services offered by Karmik are wellness practices and in no way substitute for medical treatment. The client remains solely responsible for their health and well-being.

9. Intellectual property

All content on karmik.be (texts, images, logos) is the exclusive property of Karmik and may not be reproduced without prior authorization.

10. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Liège.
